All prices are in NZ dollars. Prices for custom made items will be confirmed and agreed upon before we start making your order. These prices may vary from our stock items depending on sizes and materials used. Prices do NOT include shipping costs.

How do I make an order? 

When you have decided what you'd like to purchase, simply email or private message us on Facebook. We will discuss custom orders and get them under way.

How do I pay?

You can pay by either bank transfer or Paypal. We will email you the details when you place your order.

How much does shipping cost and where do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within New Zealand. We have a standard shipping rate of $6.50 for smaller items under 3kg. Shipping does vary for larger items (ie. large string art pieces) depending on weight and size. The price will be confirmed before we start your order.

When will I receive my order?

You can expect to receive your products within four weeks of ordering them. You will be sent an email when your order has been shipped. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received.
